Good morning.
Here are a few Washington events of note for Friday, July 25.
The Permanent Investigations Subcommittee of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Operations Committee is holding a hearing on offshore tax havens and practices that could facilitate tax evasion and other misconduct.
Colombian Defense Minister Juan Manuel Santos is discussing the recent hostage rescue and how the government is regaining its territory.
The U.S. Institute of Peace is discussing the future of the U.S. military presence in Iraq.

Comments
Not reported: the latest poll showing overwhelming public belief that the media is biased towards Obama. See www.redstate.com for the details. One highlight:
"The MSM is totally in the tank for Obama and (almost) everyone knows it. Even 61% of Democrats agree think the media want Obama to win and 31% of Democrats think the media is reporting in Obama's favor rather than being objective. The independent numbers are even more aware of the deception."
The public believes the media is biased--mainly because the media IS biased.

RNC Bruce,
Either copy/paste the story in its entirity or just post the link (preffered). Your selective quoting is as phony and tedious as the day is long.
